I highly recommend teamLab Planets in Tokyo.
Incredible experience. BOOK your tickets in advance. They have a ramen spot inside (go early/get reservation) - we weren't able to. Also do not wear flip-flops/crocs - not allowed (they will ask you to wear replacements).
