TI 84 Math section (for paper act - highly recommend paper)
I recommend the science section (its basicaly reading charts/graphs)
I did not take the writing portion
I know the act has a online version now but I highly recommend the paper version. ACT is speed/accuracy based being being quick and getting as many questions right as possible ... so skipping around - much easier on paper.
What I did was I took an practice exam one day (take whole thing one seating) — then take a break — then grade it. Next day, go through all the questions you got wrong (write out whole question/why you thought the answer you picked was right/then the correct answer and what my thought process should've been. I got a journal for each section and did the review process per section/journal.
Most importantly, learning from mistakes from the practices is more important than just taking a lot of practice exams.
